Founder / Director
Katamba Ronald
As the visionary Founder and CEO of Afrosoft Limited, he is driven by a mission to accelerate IT integration across Africa. A technologist and social entrepreneur at heart, he is passionate about empowering rural communities through technology and entrepreneurship—especially in agriculture, health, education, and natural resource management.
With a hands-on and impact-focused approach, he has designed and implemented digital solutions for rural health centers and agricultural organizations, helping communities and farmers enhance their livelihoods. His work includes collaborations with the Sustainable Development Initiative and various NGOs, where he has played a pivotal role in applying ICT to drive rural development. His contributions span innovations in water resource management, healthcare systems, and agriculture across developing and emerging regions.

Pastor Joseph Kiirya
Pastor Joseph Kiirya serves as the Patron of Afrosoft Limited and brings with him a wealth of spiritual leadership and community impact. Based in Ottawa, Canada, he is the Senior Pastor of River Jordan Ministries and the Executive Director of Stepstone House, a transitional housing program supporting refugees and newcomers. A passionate advocate for social justice and empowerment, Pastor Kiirya’s work bridges faith, community development, and humanitarian support.
Originally from Uganda, Pastor Kiirya answered the call to ministry and has become a prominent voice in uplifting vulnerable populations. He is Vice President of the International Pastors and Leaders Forum, a network committed to fostering unity among global Christian leaders, and an active member of Love Ottawa, a movement that builds collaborative relationships across churches and communities.
